Prove it on your data

One stuck decision. Your data. A proof path.

Map what it takes to answer one high-value decision with your own systems, your own data, and no platform bet upfront.

How it works

A short audit. A decision you can test.

The audit is not a demo. It turns one business decision into a mapped proof path: data needed, gaps found, answer possible, next step clear.

  1. STEP 01

    Map the decision

Define the question, who needs to defend it, and which systems currently shape the answer.

  2. STEP 02

    Identify the data slice

Scope a representative slice of customer, cost, pricing, finance, and operating data.

  3. STEP 03

    Show the proof path

Return the gaps, the decision logic, and what it takes to get to a defensible answer.

  4. STEP 04

    Move to POC or stop

If the value is clear, scope a proof of concept. If not, you still leave with the map.

Is your decision a fit?

The decisions teams bring us

If the answer takes weeks because the numbers come from systems that disagree, it is a fit. The audit works on decision shapes like these:

Pricing & margin

Which price moves protect margin — and what happens to volume and mix if we take them?

Trade spend

Which promotions actually pay back, and which ones quietly erode margin?

FP&A scenarios

Why plan and actuals disagree, and what the margin bridge really says before the review.

Margin management

Where margin erodes across customers, SKUs, and cost-to-serve — and which levers move it.

Forecast risk

Which demand, distributor, and inventory signals to trust when they point in different directions.

Before you ask

Decision Audit questions, answered straight

The objections we hear before every audit, answered the way we answer them in the room.

The short answers

What buyers ask before requesting an audit.

  • No. A demo shows our product on our data. The audit is a working session on one of your decisions: we map the question, the systems behind it, the gaps between them, and what it takes to get a defensible answer. You leave with the map either way.

  • One stuck decision and a list of the systems involved — ERP, pricing, finance, CRM, spreadsheets included. No data is uploaded through this form. If we proceed, we scope a small, representative slice of data together.

  • No. SKULENS runs in your environment, and the proof is built there too. Your data stays yours — during the audit, the proof of concept, and everything after.

  • Weeks, not months. The audit is a short, fixed-scope engagement: a working session to map the decision, a scoped data slice, and a read-back of the gaps, the decision logic, and the proof path.

  • You decide with evidence. If the value case is clear, the next step is a proof of concept on your own data, then a paid pilot tied to a real business objective. If it is not clear, you stop — and keep the map.

  • The person who owns the decision and someone who knows the systems — typically a pricing, RGM, or FP&A lead plus a data or IT partner. One person wearing both hats works too.

Request the audit

Tell us the decision your team cannot answer fast enough.

We respond with the right next step. If it fits, we scope a proof on a small slice of your own data.

Your data is not uploaded through this form. The audit starts with a working session and a scoped data slice.
